Our Recreational Classes - are a great opportunity for your child to get active, work on their fine/gross motor skills, learn how their body works, practice taking turns, taking directions, sharing, as well as learning about gymnastics, cheerleading, & tumbling! 

All of our coaches are great options for all of our recreational athletes as they are passionate about teaching kids of all ages and truly LOVE what they do. 

Our Recreational Classes are set-up by both AGE/SKILL LEVEL as we hope that each participant at Capitol City Athletics can find the perfect class for them! Our philosophy on the perfect class…”One that challenges each athlete but does not discourage them!”Here at Capitol City Athletics we believe in an age appropriate curated progression with all our athletes. Carefully designed for babies learning to sit and crawl, this class provides active learning exercises. You will assist your infant while they  move, reach, and grasp in a safe environment that is rich with color, sound and tactile experiences. Class activities help with balance and core function. Infant classes are a great experience for you and your baby.
